The project

For a customer who manufactures stainless steel containers for the food industry, we developed and produced a complex welding machine in 6 months that can combine several work steps.

The realization

We built a welding robot that stands in the middle and can work in a star shape at 3 stations. In the first step, the feet are welded on. This is done with the help of an elaborate clamping device that enables precise welding. In the next step, the lid is welded on and finally, in the last step, the lid and base are assembled.

The bottom line

The customer has since outsourced the production of these containers to France, where our machine still welds and welds and welds...

We developed a new safety system for one of our customers over a period of 4 years. The project included project management, coordination with the customer’s various internal departments, various standards bodies and the TÜV. The result of this intensive collaboration was a certified system with AR / IoT quality assembly and control that was produced in large quantities.

Project content

Definition of the certification criteria, product development of the prototype up to the TüV-certified series product, development of the assembly & production process and associated AR & IoT tools, documentation of the entire production & series production process as well as the information requiring verification

Development of an application-related special machine for a customer in France. The project was developed in an intensive, interactive collaboration with the customer.
