The project

For a customer who manufactures stainless steel containers for the food industry, we developed and produced a complex welding machine in 6 months that can combine several work steps.

The realization

We built a welding robot that stands in the middle and can work in a star shape at 3 stations. In the first step, the feet are welded on. This is done with the help of an elaborate clamping device that enables precise welding. In the next step, the lid is welded on and finally, in the last step, the lid and base are assembled.

The customer has since outsourced the production of these containers to France, where our machine still welds and welds and welds...

Autonomous pick & place robot cell for separating bulk goods

Thanks to our experience, we were able to realize this universal bulk material separation system for the customer in the cosmetics industry within a very short time. The system runs at a cycle rate of 40 parts per Minute.
