How are our solutions actually created in practice?
In cooperation with SPIROLA Elektronik GmbH, we have implemented a new special machine for our customer Ifanger AG.
The application shown - a feeder for laser marking - is just one example. With the right gripper tool, the robot is able to precisely insert a wide variety of components from a rack into a processing machine.
An adaptive algorithm enables the system to independently recognize the processing sequence of the components - completely autonomously and without manual intervention.
Thanks to the use of a collaborative robot, it can be integrated into existing assembly or production lines without any additional safety precautions. As a result, the impact on existing processes remains minimal - with maximum efficiency and flexibility.
