Job Opening: Design Engineer EFZ

You will be part of interdisciplinary development and project teams in different compositions. As a committed and innovative personality, you will develop outstanding products with us.

• Design: You independently create or modify components, assemblies and drawings for quotations, principle tests and series parts. You will also create or modify technical documents such as dimensional drawings, parts lists and instructions. You visualize the 3D data with AR for reviews with customers and can count on competent support from our AR/IoT team
• Collaboration: You work closely with Purchasing, Sales and Production to provide them with technical support
• Innovation: You find potential for improvement in your working environment and improve it in consultation with the team

• Apprenticeship: Training as a design engineer EFZ
• Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in development and design after completing training as a design engineer EFZ, ideally in a comparable field of activity
• Specialist knowledge: Sound knowledge of 3D CAD systems (Siemens NX, PTC Creo Parametric an advantage). Knowledge of PLM and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Windchill, Team Center) an advantage
• Soft skills: You have a great passion for product development. Your way of working is characterized by a creative and goal-oriented approach. You have a flexible and innovative personality and value staying up to date with the latest technology
• Languages: Very good knowledge of German, good written and spoken English is an advantage
• Place of residence in Switzerland, preferably in the Zurich/Winterthur region and surrounding area
• Driving license Cat. B is an advantage

• Passion: Design engineer with great enthusiasm for mechanical engineering

JKS Innovation Camp in Nänikon or at the customer's site (remuneration system for longer commute than to Nänikon)
